  Customized Packages SpaZend offers many exciting packages. They can be viewed on our spa packages portion of the website. Gift Certificates Can you think of a nicer gift? Indulge that friend, family member or special someone in your life with a gift certificate from SpaZend. Consider the Ritual Room for a couples' massage, the Nha, Fruit and Flower Facial, the Lemongrass- Mint Foot treatment or simply present that lucky person with the many available luxurious treatments from which to choose. Natural Elements SpaZend was designed to create a visually exciting, relaxing and calming spa experience. The spa features many antiques such as the 100-year-old- Chinese herbal medicine cabinet in the reception area. Each room has been individually decorated, and care has been taken to incorporate as many natural elements as possible into each space. Indigenous world music has been chosen that compliments each treatment. In the "spirit of the sacred", guests are invited to remove their shoes before entering the treatment area. Appointments Please call (315) 424- 3SPA (3772) and a SpaZend staff member will be happy to schedule an appointment for you. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are subject to availability. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive early, visit the Lucky Moon Cafe, or browse our beautiful Spa bookstore and Home Spa product area. Cancellations If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may release your obligation and allow another guest to enjoy Spa Services. You will be charged for services that are not cancelled with 24 hour notice. Method of Payment SpaZend accepts Visa and MasterCard, local checks or cash payment. Gratuities Gratuities are not included in any of our services or in Spa Gift Certificates. Our spa staff will be pleased to assist you in providing gratuities if desired. Parking Parking is available in designated SpaZend spaces located behind our building at 719 East Genesee Street. Location SpaZend is conveniently located near routes 690 & 81 at 719 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York, in the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage Building. We are on the same block as the Renaissance Syracuse Hotel, the Park View Hotel, one block from Syracuse Stage, and an easy two block walk from the Genesee Grande Hotel.Look for our colorful rickshaw parked in the front of the building (weather permitting).
